Welcome to “Puzzle Mania - Offline Games” (the “App”), developed and published by Factictionary (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our Android game, which includes Water Sort (test tubes puzzle) and Number Merge (2048-style logic). We value your privacy above all.

        ⚡ Key privacy commitment: Puzzle Mania does NOT collect, store, or share any personal data.
        There is no sign-in, no registration, no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting tools that record 
        personal identifiers, and zero data collection from your device. The App works entirely offline 
        (except for Google Ads which may request basic non-personal identifiers for ad serving). 
    

1. No Data Collection — Truly Private

Unlike most mobile games, Puzzle Mania - Offline Games is built with privacy-first principles using Flutter. We do not:

❌ Request or collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information (PII).
❌ Require account creation, login, or social media integration.
❌ Access your device's contacts, gallery, microphone, camera, or precise location.
❌ Store any user data on external servers or cloud databases (no backend servers).
❌ Use analytics tools like Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or third-party tracking for user behavior.
❌ Implement crash reporting that could capture IP addresses or device IDs (no Crashlytics or Sentry).

All game progress (such as level completion, scores, or preferences) is stored locally on your device using standard Flutter shared preferences. This data never leaves your phone and is completely under your control. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.

2. Google AdMob (Only Third-Party Service)

Our free game is supported by Google AdMob advertisements. While the App itself does not collect any data, Google AdMob may collect certain information to serve contextual or interest-based ads. AdMob is a third-party advertising platform operated by Google LLC.

📢 What Google AdMob may collect (subject to Google's policies):
• Ad identifier (Android Advertising ID) – used for ad frequency capping, fraud prevention, and to deliver relevant ads.
• IP address – approximate general location (country/city level) to comply with regional ad laws and serve localized ads.
• Device information – such as device model, OS version, screen size, and language settings.
• Ad interaction data – e.g., whether an ad was clicked or viewed, to measure campaign performance.

Important: You can reset or limit ad tracking via your Android device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads → “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization”). We do not combine any AdMob data with other information, as we collect nothing ourselves.

Google AdMob operates under Google’s Google Privacy Policy and AdMob Policies. By playing Puzzle Mania, you acknowledge that Google may process your advertising ID and IP address as described. Because our game is offline, ads are only requested when an active internet connection is available (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Puzzle Mania is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions like the EEA). We do not target children with behavioral advertising. The App does not include any features that ask for age, birth date, or any parental contact details.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information (which is impossible given our no-collection design), please contact us at the email below. However, because we have no backend or data storage, there is no personal data to delete.

4. Offline Functionality & Permissions

Puzzle Mania requires zero special permissions. The only Android permission used is INTERNET (for loading Google Ads). No storage, location, camera, microphone, or contact permissions are requested. The game works fully offline for core gameplay: you can play Water Sort and Number Merge without internet access; ads simply won't load when offline. All game states are saved locally.

5. No Third-Party Analytics or Tracking

We intentionally avoid any tracking SDKs, including but not limited to: Firebase, Facebook Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Mixpanel, or any heatmap tools. We do not use cookies or web beacons inside the app. The only external communication is ad requests to Google AdMob servers.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing to share or sell. We never rent, trade, or disclose any user information to third parties. The advertising partner (Google) processes data according to its own privacy policy. We do not have access to the raw advertising ID or IP addresses collected by AdMob.

7. Your Rights & Choices (GDPR / CCPA / LGPD)

Depending on your region, you may have rights regarding your personal data. However, because we don’t collect any personal information, most of these rights are inherently satisfied. For transparency:

Right to access / deletion: Since no data is collected, there is nothing to access or delete.
Opt-out of personalized ads: You can limit ad tracking on Android by going to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. You may also reset your Advertising ID.
Right to withdraw consent: Using the game implies consent to the local storage of game progress and to Google Ads as described. You can withdraw by uninstalling the App.

8. Data Retention & Security

No user data is retained on our servers. Local game data (scores, preferences) remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the game. We take reasonable technical measures to protect the app from vulnerabilities, but since no data is transmitted, there is no risk of data breach from our side.
